Project
Description:
This my first real experience
programming a shader. I did this project using Pixar's
Renderman, and programmed everything using RSL (Renderman
Shading Language). I first started off with a basic
particle volume in Maya 7.0. I then programmed a model
for per particle edge attenuation, a color ramp on the
volume, an illumination model, and created a basic per
particle noise. The final result came out fairly nice
and no textures were used.

Project
Description:
In this project we were asked
to model an environment, light it, and shade it. We
weren't allowed to map or texture anything, we could
only create shaders using Pixar's Renderman solution
and apply them to surfaces.
